On February 9, The All Alumni Meeting in Finland was held at the University of Oulu. Associate professor Yohsuke Makino, who was invited from the University of Tokyo held an exciting lecture about Forensic Medicine. Following, lectures that ranged over a wide variety of fields that showed the existing academic collaboration between Finland and Japan given by Assistant Professor Renata Prunskaite-Hyyryläinen (University of Oulu), Azusa Nakata (University of Oulu) and Marko Holma (University of Oulu).

JSPS Alumni Club in Finland (ACF) was established in 2009 by the initiative of former JSPS fellows, with the support of the JSPS Stockholm Office. The current number of members is 65, and ACF organizes symposia on various themes throughout the year.
This time, ACF is happy to organize this meeting for introducing existing collaboration between Finland and Japan, including a guest lecture by Prof. Yohsuke Makino at the University of Tokyo.
