JSPS Alumni BRIDGE online Seminar (ACD) –20240926

On 26 September, JSPS Alumni Club Denmark BRIDGE Fellowship Online Seminar was held by Zoom webinar. Prof. Yoshiki MATSUSHITA (Nagasaki University, host researcher of Dr. Mollie Brooks during her BRIDGE Fellowship period) gave a talk entitled “How does plastic debris on the seafloor affect marine organisms and seagrass beds? Gathering information to motivate fishermen to take back captured trash”.

After Prof. Matsushita’s talk, Dr. Mollie Brooks of DTU Aqua (former fellow of BRIDGE Fellowship and ACD board member) shared her experience of the BRIDGE Fellowship and joint research in Yokohama, Tokyo, Kagoshima, and Okinawa.

Nine researchers joined the webinar, and an information session about JSPS programs and alumni activities was also given by JSPS Stockholm.
