It is our pleasure to invite you to this year’s SJAN Seminar that is going to be held at KVA (the Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences) in Stockholm. The seminar will take place on the 17th of February at 14.00 with lectures by Prof. Hideo Hosono (Institute of Science Tokyo & National Institute for Materials Science) and Prof. Igor Abrikosov (Linköping University). After the lectures, 3 speakers from SAC will talk about their recent research and experiences in Japan, followed by a Q&A. After this there will also be a reception.

Swedish researchers and others interested in science and technology in Japan are most welcome to attend the Sweden-Japan Academic Network together with Japanese researchers in Sweden and alumni members of the Japan Society for the Promotion of Science (JSPS).

We organize the event together with the Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences, Embassy of Japan in Sweden and JSPS Alumni Club in Sweden (SAC). The event is open to the public and free of charge but registration is required.
